These Terms govern your use of the eDragon platform ("the Service"), operated by Shenzhen Cylon Space Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.
1. What the Service does
1.1 Core features
eDragon turns text, images and reference material into marketing content — video, images, copy and scripts — using a mix of commercial AI models and our own compute.
1.2 Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms.
1.3 Using AI features
Your responsibility for inputs. You must have the rights to any material you upload — product photos, reference videos, brand assets, voices and likenesses. Do not upload anything you are not entitled to use.
Output is not exclusive. AI models can produce similar output for different users from similar prompts. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, and we do not grant you exclusivity over it.
AI labelling. Content generated by the Service is labelled as AI-generated where required by applicable law. Do not remove, obscure or falsify these labels.
No misinformation. Do not use the Service to create content that impersonates real people or organisations, fabricates news, or is intended to deceive.
1.4 Reporting
If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, email eseedo@gmail.com with enough detail for us to identify it. We will review and act as appropriate.
2. Accounts
1. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
2. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Accounts are personal. Do not sell, lend or transfer your account.
4. Do not create accounts in bulk, or use automated means to register, in order to obtain promotional credits or evade limits.
5. You can close your account at any time from your account settings. Closing an account forfeits any unused credits, subject to our Refund Policy.
6. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to produce, upload or distribute content that:
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or discriminatory;
- is sexually explicit, or sexualises minors in any way;
- depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism or illegal activity;
- impersonates a real individual or entity without authorisation;
- is designed to mislead, defraud or manipulate;
- contains malware or is used to attack, probe or overload any system.
We use automated screening and, where appropriate, human review. Content that breaches these rules may be hidden or removed, and repeated breaches may result in account termination.
4. Credits, subscriptions and billing
1. The Service runs on credits. Prices, credit rates and what each operation costs are published in the platform's credit centre and may change; changes do not apply retroactively to credits you have already bought.
2. Credits are held before a generation job starts and settled when it finishes. If a job fails, held credits are returned automatically.
3. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account settings.
4. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Purchases are made in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
5. Ownership
Your material stays yours. You keep all rights in what you upload.
Output. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and to any restrictions imposed by the underlying model providers, we assign to you whatever rights we have in the content the Service generates for you, so you can use it commercially. The platform stays ours. The software, models, interface, documentation and branding are ours or our licensors'. Nothing here transfers them to you.

6. Third-party models and services
The Service routes work to third-party AI providers and infrastructure. Their availability, behaviour and terms are outside our control. We may change providers, and model behaviour may change without notice.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will give reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before you publish or rely on it — including its accuracy, its compliance with advertising rules in your market, and whether it infringes anyone's rights.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your material, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will update the revision date above and, for material changes, give notice in the product. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction over the operating company's registered address, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
