1.2 Information we collect automatically
- Device and connection data — IP address, browser and OS version, device identifiers. Used for security, fraud prevention and diagnosing faults.

- Account data: for as long as your account is open, and for a short period afterwards to handle disputes and meet legal record-keeping obligations.
- Uploads and generated content: until you delete them, or until your account is closed.
- Transaction records: as required by applicable accounting and tax law.

Sensitive information. If you upload material containing biometric data (for example a face used for a digital presenter or a voice used for cloning), we process it only to produce what you asked for, and we delete it when you delete the associated job or asset.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only in these circumstances:
1. Service providers — AI model providers, cloud storage, CDN and payment processors, strictly to deliver the Service. They are bound by contract to protect it and may not use it for their own purposes.
2. Third-party AI models. To generate content, your prompt and uploads are sent to the model provider that will run the job. Which provider is used depends on the tier and model you choose; the model selector in the product shows this. Providers have their own privacy terms.

We may update this policy. We will update the revision date above and, for material changes, notify you in the product before they take effect.
